We need a working definition of Moral Economy to build on. 

1.3 Social Censorship

A group of free citizens who organize to counter the speech of another citizen is social censorship. 

1.4 The Sentiments of Sociability

What Confucius (4th Century BCE) calls "ritual propriety" or Erasmus (16th Century CE) calls "The Colloquies," Jean-Jacques Rousseau (18th Century CE) calls the "sentiments of sociability." The social administrative element animating government of the people by the people.
